Usually, the gift cards are not refundable but it depends on your commercial policy.
To cancel and refund the purchase of a gift card, this one must not have not been redeemed.
After proceeding to a research of the purchase, click on « Cancel this gift card and refund the purchase transaction ».
The action « Cancel this gift card and refund the purchase transaction » will cancel the gift card and will refund all the bank transactions associated to this gift card (there can be several transactions in case of a group gift). The bank transaction refunds are visible in the bank account 2 working days after this operation.
CAUTION!
If you don’t use BuyBox codes but your own home made codes or extrernal codes from suppliers like OnePrepaid or SVS, you must first cancel the code (for example in the Prosodie Backoffice) before canceling any gift card in the BuyBox Backoffice.
