The buyer or the beneficiary did not receive its gift card (e-cards only)

You must first check the following points:

  • Did the customer already check his spam folder ?
  • Is it a purchase with immediate sending or deferred sending of the gift card ?

Once the 2 points above have been checked, you can proceed to the re-sending of the e-gift card.

Proceed to a research and then click the link of the gift card found in order to display the details and all the possible actions.

On the details page, some actions are available. Click on « Resend the gift card email ». A popin will appear. Then change the email address (can be the address of the purchaser or the one of the beneficiary if it was given at the moment of the purchase).
