How to find new distribution partners?

The "Distributors" tab in your interface contains a list of distributors connected via API to Buybox Network.

This tab is full of information that you can filter according to the data you are looking for.

1. The first filter allows you to focus on distributors available within a specific category. This is especially useful if you want to target a particular type of partner or broaden your distribution.

2. The second filter lets you track the progress of the pairing process with distributors. Several statuses are available to show whether any action is required:

> On your side

  • Distribution requested: the partner’s distribution request is pending your approval on the interface.
  • PDF proposal requested: the distributor has submitted an exemple of gift card on the interface and is waiting for your validation.
  • Contract awaiting signature: the contract has been sent to the signatory indicated in your account settings and is awaiting signature.

> On the partner's side

  • Waiting for PDF: you have approved the partner’s distribution request, and the distributor must now submit a sample gift card on the interface. 
  • Contracts being signed: the contract has not yet been signed by the distributor.

Finally, you can also search for a specific distributor using the search bar to track the partners you work with and the commission rate granted to them.

Distribution requests are initiated by distributors; however, you also have tools available to reach out to them.

An “Action” column is available for each distributor. It allows you to download the partner’s sales presentation and also to “Show your interest”.


Expressing your interest sends a notification directly to the distributor to let them know you are interested in working together.

Do not hesitate to also contact your Account Manager if you wish to establish a specific partnership. They can reach out directly to the distributor and coordinate specific actions for the launch.
