BuyBox has decided to archive data from a certain date in the past, in order to optimize the backoffice performance.
For example, when you are looking for a statistic or a customer's card, the search and loading time of the data is much faster, thanks to the archiving system. Instead of going through hundreds of thousands of existing data, the search area is restricted to non-archived data.
This saves you time in your daily work and allows you to concentrate on the essentials!
Of course, archived data are not lost, and BuyBox can send them to you on demand.
2. What is archived?
*Monthly reports are consolidated data for the month, at time T. Don't forget that a gift card lives. It is spent, it is recredited, etc. For example, if a gift card was spent on March 2nd, it will not be marked as spent on the February report.
