The buyer gave an erroneous email address for himself or for the beneficiary (e-cards only)

After proceeding to a research of the purchase, you must :

  • Correct the erroneous address (one of the 2 links number “1” below)
  • Afterwards, cancel the gift card and issue a new one that will be sent to the correct address

It should be also possible to resend the same e-card but it’s not recommended because someone could already have received the gift card at the erroneous email address. Therefore, it’s recommended to cancel the gift card and issue a new one.

IMPORTANT:

If you don’t use BuyBox codes but your own home made codes or extrernal codes from suppliers like PROSODIE, you must first cancel the code (for example in the Prosodie Backoffice) before canceling any gift card in the BuyBox Backoffice. If you cannot cancel the code, then better use the feature « Resend the gift card mail ».
