Loyalty campaigns - Mailing history and reporting extraction

Connect to the back office then click on "loyalty campaign" in the menu.

Then click on the "Loyalty campaigns records" tab.

You then have access to the details of the mail dispacth made and their status. It is possible to filter by period and by campaign. Also, you can obtain extracts in Csv or Excel format by clicking on "Export CSV | XLS ”.

Note: For merchants using Third Party codes (OnePrepaid or SVS), you can ignore the “amount spent” column. Indeed, for Third Party codes, this column is filled in by default with the amounts loaded on the e-cards. So these are not the real amounts spent. Expenses are managed by the Third Party in question (see their backoffice).
